The last Discordia comic was posted on Monday, April 16, 2007 that's 247 days ago, about a hundred days shy of a year. Most of you people have either moved on, forgot about this, or just stopped caring. To those I can only offer my deepest apology for leaving things hanging like that. Across those 8 or so months, I did feel I was just 'about' to get back to it, yet things just didn't happen. Sure, I'd make the occasional sketches and such, but I still remained highly skeptical of my skills, hesitating to devote my time to the comic. I love doing Discordia, but making a living, working in a 'real' job took precedence. It's taken this long to realize but now I know that if I want to work my ass off I'd rather do something I enjoy. Design out, art in. Tandemized into all of this there's several layers of personal drama... just usual everyday stuff. It's so true that there are things we just can't realize about ourselves until we see them in the eyes of others. And that you can't ever, ever, apologize to others for just being who you are. I am, as usual, dealing with adverse feelings and doing art seems the ideal way to do it, the way I used to. It's my work, my hobby and my therapy, what else can I ask? ^^;; To those who have kept the candle lit, and have visited the site in hopes to see discordia return... thank you. It means a lot to know you care.
